Konica Minolta supports UKA for 2010 season

Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd is continuing its sponsorship as Official Supplier of UKA (formerly UK Athletics) Major Events for printers, copiers and faxes for a second athletics season. The agreement with UK Athletics runs until September 2013 and takes in participation in the London Olympics to be held in 2012.

As an Official Supplier, Konica Minolta will support UKA at events during the 2010 season, with coverage on BBC network television. The Konica Minolta logo will be clearly visible at the finish line of all events, as well as trackside.

Paperworld starts tomorrow

Paperworld 2010 kicks off tomorrow with around 45,000 visitors from around the world gathering in Frankfurt for Europe’s largest trade fair dedicated to stationery and office supplies.

New for 2010 is the addition of REMAX Europe running parallel with Paperworld. REMAX is the largest trade fair in Europe for the recycling of printer materials and accessories. This is a cooperative venture between Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH and Recycler Publishing & Events Ltd. which has its head offices in Witney in Great Britain.

DG Office Supplies Ltd (DGOS) in Manchester has just acquired a VOW dealer, WBM based in Warrington, its fifth acquisition in as many years. It is currently in talks with two other office supplies companies with a view to bringing them in to the fold.

Online registration opens for SOPX

The new website for the Stationery Show and Office Products Show (SOPX) in London in April went live at the beginning of this week.

Dealers and buyers wanting to register for free entry to the show can register in advance by visiting www.sopx.co.uk They will receive their entry badge and a Preview for the show two weeks before it opens.

The Stationery Show and Office Products Show take place at the Business Design Centre in London on Tuesday 13 – Wednesday 14 April 2010.
