The CEO of Office Depot saw his pay fall again in 2009 as the office supplies retailer cut jobs and closed stores to lower costs, efforts that did not keep it from losing money for the year.
Office Depot and its rivals have struggled along with other retailers as strapped consumers and struggling businesses curb all types of spending.

Within the Fujitsu range of document scanners, the fi-6130 and fi-6230 models define the category of “Workgroup Scanners”. They are seen as general purpose capture devices in small to medium sized business environments (SMBs) as well as in large scale enterprise line-of business applications (LoB) and workflow processes. These scanner models provide a very flexible and high performance onramp for paper into document management solutions. The fi-6130 and fi-6230 can process up to 4,000 sheets of paper a day (sizes A8 – A4), whereas the fi-5530C2 will allow for regular A3 size document scanning. The fi-6230 features an A4 size flatbed in addition to the ADF.
