Dealer Group Office Club has helped members to get behind Fairtrade products in line with Fairtrade Fortnight next week, with the launch of a double-sided A4 flyer featuring competitively priced Fairtrade catering products.
Merchandising Manager Allison Fishlock commented: “Our members are already very much behind supporting Fairtrade products through catalogues and mailers, but by providing a flyer that ties in with the Show Off You Label campaign, we are giving them the tools to get out and really grab their share of this growing market whilst supporting an excellent cause. The flyer is available with either Spicers or Vow coded product, and all price supported to enable our Members to be competitively priced, whilst still protecting their margins”

The US Justice Department is investigating Office Depot Inc. for prices it charged state, local and nonprofit agencies for office supplies.
The investigation is related to an expired agreement in place between Jan. 2, 2006, and Jan. 1, 2011, according to an Office Depot filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday.
This mirrors a 2009 probe into Office Depot, by the U.S. Department of Defense, the Department of Education and the General Services Administration, and the Department of Justice, into prices the office supply retailer charged federal agencies. … Continue Reading

“A short film about how a job often gives you more than expected. The narrative – about starting work in the data security industry, the training received, and the social benefits, is visualised through the creative use of paperclips and other office supplies.
The message of the film is that even if you don’t enjoy working Mondays, you should love them as they help protect your social choices – a kind of social security. Without Mondays your choices would be limited.
