Spicers Technology Launches are big success
Spicers hosted two Technology new product launches last week exclusively for selected customers. The events provided attendees with access to new products, product information and training directly from industry leading Suppliers as well as specialists from within Spicers. In addition, Dealers who attended the launch events were also equipped with supporting marketing materials designed for prospecting to target the ranges to technology conscious consumers.
In an office supplies market that is becoming increasingly tough Spicers are continually look for new ways to help their Dealer partners increase their appeal to consumers. The UK has the second-biggest Technology sector in Europe, worth an estimated £81bn, and this presents significant growth opportunities Dealers.
The events were a resounding success with positive responses from Dealers and Suppliers who attended, Jonathan Harrod of Ian Smith Office Supplies said “The event was very good, informative, lots of suppliers and products with plenty of time to speak to suppliers. I’d definitely recommend this sort of event to anyone.” And Lucy Pedder of Euroffice said, “The Technology day was very valuable especially if you don’t get to see physical product regularly. The vendors and Spicers were both enthusiastic about the new range and launch which was refreshing.”
Suppliers who attended the event represented some of the very best known brands and products within the Technology category including Apple, Blackberry, Brother, Canon, Epson, Microsoft, Netgear, Olympus, Optoma, Plantronics, Sagem, Samsung, Verbatim & Wasp.
