DURABLE acquires Idealplast

DURABLE Hunke & Jochheim GmbH & Co. KG has acquired the business of Idealplast from Ensto Ensek AS of Finland, effective 1 January 2010.

Idealplast is a major player in the desk top accessories and industrial storage bins, brand leader in the Nordic region. “DURABLE Scandinavia has for some time been responsible for the sales, marketing and distribution of Idealplast products to the office products industry in Scandinavia and we are well placed to build on this foundation into the rest of Europe. As such it is an extremely good fit for Durable and we look forward to expanding the range with exciting new products in the near future.” comments Horst-Werner Maier-Hunke, President of DURABLE.
