Synaxon Gives Members More Power To Drive Their Sales With Clic2 Services
Leading IT and office products dealer group, Synaxon UK, has added a further dimension to its value proposition by taking over the management of the renowned Click2IT e-commerce solution and providing data feeds from multiple distributors for the first time. In addition, Synaxon is making the Clic2Channel e-mail marketing service available as part of its iTrends marketing solution.
The two Clic2 services – Clic2IT and Clic2Channel – have been established for more than ten years and now, for the first time, data feeds from multiple distributors will be available for Clic2IT. Ingram Micro will provide the core data with discounted feeds also available from other Synaxon supplier partners, including CCI, Entatech, ETC, Steljes, and VIP Computers.
The Click2Channel automated e-marketing service is being made available as an element of Synaxon’s iTrends marketing solution. This service will deliver a minimum of two automated HTML e-shots every month, these will drive new business with special offers and promotions back to the individual webstores of the resellers.
Both services are being offered at extremely cost-effective rates to Synaxon members. Derek Jones. Managing Director of Synaxon UK, says that the addition of the Clic2IT and Clic2Channel services make membership of the group even more valuable for resellers and dealers.
“The Clic2IT webstore has been tried and tested for over a decade, which is a lifetime in e-commerce terms. Now it’s available as a multiple distributor solution, it offers even more choice and value for resellers. We are absolutely convinced that it can and will make a massive difference to members who take it up. We’re just as excited about the addition of Clic2Channel within iTrends, as this means that we can now offer a really comprehensive set of marketing tools to our partners. As well as the by-monthly, paper-based personalised mailer, which has been an unbridled success, members can now take those offers to their customers though automated and carefully targeted e-mail campaigns.”
Resellers can use both services in tandem or operate them as stand-alone solutions, Jones points out. “As well as giving our members more options and a very cost-efficient way to drive new business, the addition of the Clic2 solutions to our evolving portfolio of services gives our members more flexibility. They can make use of the CLic2IT service to provide a much wider choice of solutions on their own e-trading pages, or make use of the automated Clic2Channel service to run on-going lead-generation – either for their own solutions and services or to drive buyers to their Clic2IT site.”
The Clic2IT service was first made available to UK resellers through Computer 2000 as an e-commerce-only solution and has been offered independently for some time by its developers. Resellers can now take data feeds from all Synaxon partner suppliers, as required, enabling them to offer the widest choice of products that are best-suited to their business. All administration functions remain the same, whilst the front-end and content management have been significantly improved and personalised e-marketing tools have been re-introduced.
The Clic2IT and Clic2Channel solutions will be demonstrated at the forthcoming Synaxon Channel Focus meeting on 16th June in Reading and also at the Synaxon Annual Conference, which takes place in Cheshire on 8th and 9th September 2011.
